How to store your knives the right way?
Store in heavy racks with light coating of oil. Protect the sharp edge with plastic magnetic guard. Try to store knives in the way that knife’s cutting edge is suspended and does not touch any surface.
Store knives in heavy racks keeping them covered with moisture resistant paper and complete coating of oil.
Use coating of heavy oil or cosmolene - cover completely. Wrap in water resistant paper and store in wooden boxes. If you can’t get your knife secure in a box, put some packing in to secure your industrial knives and ensure they stay in place. The cutting edge should be protected at all times.
