Our dedication to research and development has helped us develop high premium blades specifically designed for use in the recycling industry. With our know-how and application expertise we are able to custom manufacture knives for our partners’ specific requirements and waste materials, thus improving the durability of the knives, optimising machine performance and lowering knife costs.
Due to our vertical integration, we can offer our customers carefully selected steel grades from high-alloy conventional steels to powder metallurgical high-speed steels and tungsten carbide. Every knife is produced in compliance with strict quality standards and heat treated in our own computer-controlled vacuum furnaces to ensure process repeatability and the preservation of desired parameters.
