Registration Process

Every registered user of the Webshop acquires the right to purchase. Registration is possible before or during the ordering process.

Registration of a new user

The Webshop visitor simply makes a single entry, registering an account in the Webshop. The visitor is then automatically sent an electronic message with a request to verify the e-mail address stated by the visitor when registering the account. When the visitor confirms the e-mail address, the visitor becomes a registered user of the Webshop and can place an Order.

Registration requires the visitor to enter the following data:

  • In the case of INDIVIDUALS (e.g. CONSUMERS): name, surname and e-mail address.
  • In the case of a LEGAL ENTITY: name, surname, company, EU VAT ID number and e-mail address.

Entries are required in all fields.

Upon registration in Webshop, the registered user is assigned a user name that is identical to the registered user's e-mail address, and a password. The user name and password are the keys to log into the account. If the user forgets their password, they can request a new one by sending an email request to webshop@ravnesystems.com.
